there aren't too many hipsters in my corner of the world
I mean, I live in a Southern capitol city, so there are some hipsters, but they’re fewer and further between, and the likelihood of the hipsters actually being pretty cool is higher.
I met a guy at a Fourth-Of-July party last night in a vintage ringer tee, cutoffs, and cowboy boots, who was drinking a Bud 40 “for America.”
But due to the shortage of bonafide hipsters in Arkansas, a few of my friends and I have begun assuming that pretty much everyone is a hipster. It’s an enriching practice, watching rednecks and assuming that they’re only ironically rednecks.
Dorky-looking man in full-out biker gear at Starbucks? Bet he’s a hipster.
