here’s the link to a Mediafire download of my introductory mix of B songs, called (after this so creatively titled blog) “Thank You Based God”
shouts out to andrewmcclain (prestigious music blogger, y’all!) for the album artwork
this is a mix I cobbled together in ten minutes and slapped on a disk for Andrew. it’s no masterpiece, it’s just a sampler. to be truly based you have to go out there and explore for yourself; there’s more than enough Based God music to last you a lifetime already. diving into his discography is like a choose your own adventure, really
anyway, here’s the tracklist
Lone Warrior
Illusions of Grandeur
I Love You
Bitch I’m Bill Clinton
My History
Chasing the Rain
Beat the Odds
Motivation
Why They Wanna Kill Me
What’s 100 Dollars
Myspace
Realist Alive
Freedom
Ellen Degeneres
Hugh Hefner
I’m God
The World’s Ending
Real Life
Base for Your Face (feat. Jean Grae & Phonte)
Wonton Soup
enjoy responsibly (i.e., don’t crash your car trying to cook and drive). but most of all, stay positive, never judge a book by its cover, and always use condoms.

“It’s the sort of thing that begs obsession…The official name is Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All (OFWGKTA), ready-made for desk carvings and Sharpie-wrought knuckle graffiti. Their online presence is constant and multi-tiered: individual members’ Twitter accounts and Tumblrs; YouTube caches of skate, music, and sketch-comedy clips; the “Golf Wang” photo blog maintained collectively; and the official Odd Future site itself, host in 2010 to nine free full-length releases in as many months, each featuring Tyler’s arresting artwork.…And, of course, the attitude — that perfect mix of rap “just don’t give a fuck” and punk rock “just fucking with you” that manifests in their frenetic, macabre, gross-out lyrics and the footage of them jumping out of moving vehicles or giggling during slap fights.”

It’s always a little hard to tell, but if you read between the Tweets, it sort of looks like Tyler might be doing a Justin Bieber remix …
